Intersection realignment and upgrade of local road network and provide a safer entry point onto Jackson Wondoan Road for QGC employees and Locals.
Project Characteristics
This contract is for the realignment and upgrade of the existing intersection between Gadsby Road and Jackson Wandoan Rd, including;
- Mobilisation and Demobilisation from the Site
- Provision for Traffic
- Installation of culverts and culvert extensions
- Concrete Paving
- Clearing and Grubbing
- Preparation of subgrade, subbase, and base pavements
- Asphalt Paving
- Bitumen Surfacing
- Demolition of existing culverts
- Demolition of existing road furniture
- Scarification of existing road
- Supply and installation of road furniture
- Line marking
Key Project Outcomes
This project, when complete, will provide for safer passage for vehicular traffic through this intersection by providing improved geometry.
