Project Overview

This project involves construction of two 2 span bridge together with a side track and the approach works to theFlying Fox Bridge .

Project Characteristics

This contract includes;

• Asphalt and Bitumen Seal; 
• Bridge Construction;
• Cast In-situ Piles;
• Precast concrete deck units supply and erection;
• Bridge Batter Protection;
• Bridge Railings;
• Road furniture including guardrail;
• Pavement Markings;
  
• Landscaping.

Key Project Outcomes

As key bridges within the SRRC networks their replacement will increase flood immunity of these bridges, improved motorist safety, increase load limits and reduced maintenance costs to the Council.
